Meet your WeDo pieces

Every WeDo kit has these key pieces. Each one has a job. Look at each picture and learn its name.

💡 The Smarthub is the heart — it talks to the tablet by Bluetooth and sends power to the motor and lights. It needs batteries.

Build a simple driving robot (step by step)

Follow the pictures in order. Take your time and snap each piece firmly. This little rover is the base for many projects!

✅ When you finish: the wheels should turn freely, and the Smarthub light comes on when you switch it on.

In the WeDo app you drag blocks together. Here is what the blocks look like and what they do. Build this program to make your rover drive and stop:
